MEET HOSTS PLEASE BE REMINDED:  In accordance with USA Swimming Rule 102.12, a minimum of three certified officials are required to conduct a Sanctioned or Approved Meet.  Therefore, Meet Hosts are required to commit to that requirement as a condition of the Sanction or Approval.  In addition, by listing officials on the Application you are committing each of them to be on deck for the competition in question.  Please be certain each official is made aware of and have agreed to that commitment before submission.
