Coaches, Athletes and Parents:
The following modifications to the Rules
and Policies are effective
06/01/09 and are
applicable ONLY to the current 2009 Season
III. Athlete Eligibility
D. Swimmers, age 14 and under, who have achieved a
lifetime best time equal to or faster that the current
TAGS standard may not compete in any stroke in
which they have the TAGS time, nor compete in a relay in
that stroke. They may, however, compete in a higher
age group in which they have not achieved a time equal to
or faster than the current TAGS standard (see Table Two).
Such swimmers will be scored and awarded in the higher age
group.

3. A swimmer may compete in an event above his / her
age group but never below. Such
swimmers will be scored and awarded in the higher age
group.
Definition / Clarification:
Mixed Relay: There shall be two swimmers of each
gender, swam in any gender order
