This Roster lists those South Texas Officials who are 2013 or LIFE members of USA Swimming and are currently certified by STSI in some capacity through December 31, 2014, EXCEPT for TRAINEES! |

TRAINEE Certifications are not normally renewable and expire at the end of approximately 240 days, dates which are noted in the roster below. |
|
|
|
Except for LIFE Members, USA Swimming memberships will "normally" expire on December 31, 2013. Please check the expiration date printed at the top of your ID Card, which may not be as "normally" expected because of a BGC and / or APT requirement. |
|
|
|
IMPORTANT: If a BGC or an APT is allowed to expire, the associated USA Swimming Membership immediately becomes invalid and it normally takes 48 to 72 hours for renewed elements to appear in SWIMS. |
|
|
|
Officials with expired BGCs or APTs cannot be on deck as officials as their USA Swimming Membership is invalid and they will have no insurance. |
|
|
|
STSI certifications are valid through December of 2014. |

|
The Club Affiliation reflects data currently on file with USA Swimming as it appears in the SWIMS Database. If this data is in error, please contact the STSI Executive Secretary to have it corrected. |

Names reflect what is currently noted in the SWIMS National database and printed on individual's USA Swimming ID Cards. If revisions or corrections are needed, please contact the STSI Executive Secretary. |

Individuals whose Registration and / or Certification status may have expired, be pending, uncertain or otherwise invalid for some reason are listed in a separate table near the bottom of this page. |

Those individuals may not be on deck as officials as they do not have proper certification / registration credentials, and therefore lack insurance and may not have passed a Background Check (BGC) and / or completed the Athlete's Protection Training (ATP). |

|
The Two columns, labeled "BGC Exp?" and "APT Exp?" note the dates (MMDDYY) by which officials MUST successfully complete their next Background Check (BCG) and / or Athlete Protection Training (APT) as mandated by USA Swimming. These dates are also printed on each individual's USA-S ID Card. |

|
If either the BGC or the APT is allowed to expire, an individual's USA Swimming Membership will become invalid and insurance coverage will lapse. |

|
|
Meet Referees are required to ensure the currency of deck official's USA Swimming Registration and LSC Certification at all Sanctioned or Approved meets. Inasmuch as it is updated in near real time, this Roster may generally be utilized for that purpose. |

|
|
A reminder to all officials: While on deck as an official, you are required by Rule to prominently display your USA Swimming AND STSI credentials. |
